Construction Manager

Drew’s journey with Pacific Blue began over 15 years ago as a skilled Carpenter and Supervisor. Today, he shines in his role as Construction Manager, where he oversees the quality and efficiency of every project, ensuring they surpass client expectations. Drew’s strength lies in his ability to cultivate strong relationships with contractors and suppliers, facilitating a seamless and polished process for all involved.

Building Designer

With over 18 years of experience as a qualified Building Designer, Justin brings a wealth of expertise to every project. His passion lies in crafting custom, one-of-a-kind homes tailored to each client’s unique needs and budget. Enquiry & Estimating Manager

With over 20 years of dynamic experience in residential construction, Thomas is a seasoned professional. Starting his career as a Carpenter, he has progressed into senior managerial roles, demonstrating a knack for operational efficiency, cost management, and enhancing customer experiences.

Thomas thrives on the uniqueness of custom one-off houses and is dedicated to leveraging his expertise to streamline our Pacific Blue Pre-Contract experience. With his commitment to informative, rhythmic processes, Thomas ensures a seamless journey for our clients from start to finish.

Diane Azzopardi

Interior Designer

Diane has been making her mark in the building industry since 2006, she became a valued member of the Pacific Blue team in 2019. With a passion for homes and interiors, she loves pushing creative boundaries while ensuring every space remains functional and unique to your personal style.

Custom homes are where Diane’s expertise truly shines—she takes the time to understand your lifestyle and vision, crafting spaces that are both aesthetic and practical. Site Supervisor

With over a decade of construction experience, Scott brings exceptional craftsmanship and leadership to every project. A skilled carpenter and licensed builder, he has transitioned seamlessly into a supervisory role, leveraging his expertise in building quality Custom Homes throughout the Sunshine Coast. 

Scott excels at coordinating timelines, budgets, and client expectations while leading teams to deliver high-quality results. His deep understanding of construction ensures every project is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard, embodying Pacific Blue’s commitment to excellence.

Heidi Mason

Office Manager

As the backbone of Pacific Blue’s operations, Heidi ensures the company runs seamlessly across multiple fronts. With expertise in office management, financial oversight, and procurement, she optimises resources and supports the company’s growth. 

Known for her exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, Heidi thrives in managing complex priorities while advancing Pacific Blue’s operational goals.

Charlie Foster

Contracts Administrator

Charlie has been an integral part of the Pacific Blue team since 2017, beginning her journey in administration and gaining a deep understanding of the company’s operations. Now, as our Contracts Administrator, she plays a vital role in ensuring that every client enjoys a smooth and stress-free building experience.

With a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach, Charlie works behind the scenes to anticipate and address potential challenges before they arise—making the building journey as seamless as possible. She keeps every project on track, coordinating with our team to ensure everything runs efficiently from start to finish. For Charlie, the most rewarding part of her role is seeing a home come to life — from preliminary stages to the exciting moment of handover. Amy Potts

Marketing Co-Ordinator & Client Journey Guide

Amy joined Pacific Blue at the beginning of 2025, bringing with her three years of experience as a Marketing Coordinator, along with a diverse background in service-based and event organisation roles. Her love for spaces and architecture led her to study interior design in 2020, knowing that she could see herself eventually moving her career toward the construction industry.

There’s nothing Amy enjoys more than welcoming clients as they begin their journey and assisting in the formation of relationships throughout the company, while being a part of this growth during the building process. Seeing their excitement on handover day—and having the privilege of capturing those special moments—makes her role truly rewarding.

Elliot Mcleod

Junior Supervisor

Elliott began his carpentry apprenticeship in 2020, quickly discovering his passion for custom home builds. Running his own carpentry business further solidified his love for bespoke designs, leading him to focus solely on creating unique, high-quality homes. Always eager to expand his knowledge, Elliott has pursued a Diploma in Business and is currently studying Building & Construction. His dedication to learning and growth allows him to bring a fresh perspective and refined skill set to every project.

With his adaptable nature and keen eye for detail, Elliott thrives in his role as a Junior Supervisor. His strong sense of organisation and commitment to excellence ensure that every home is built to the highest standard, making the journey seamless for both clients and our team.
