After spending years of his career as a qualified Carpenter and Supervisor for Pacific Blue, Drew is now excels in his role as Construction Manager of the company. He ensures the quality and efficiency of each and every build by far exceeds any clients expectations. His ability to maintain close relationships with all affiliated contractors and suppliers results in a smooth and polished process for everyone involved.
Building Designer
Justin has been working as a qualified Building Designer for over 15 years. In that time he has gained extensive experience designing custom one-off homes. He enjoys meeting & working along side the client to create a unique design which is tailored to their needs and budget. Having been involved with many difficult blocks and a multitude of different styles, we are confident Justin can help you design a home which will work perfectly for you and your site.
Business Development – New Homes
Thomas is a QBCC licensed professional with over 17 diverse years of experience in residential construction, operational and estimating roles. After starting his career as a Carpenter he has successfully progressed into senior managerial positions with the ability to achieve operational efficiencies, cost management, positive experiences and contribution to business improvement strategies. Thomas enjoys the uniqueness associated with custom one-off houses and strives to utilise his experience to develop an informative, rhythmic and seamless process through our Pacific Blue Pre-Contract experience.
Contracts Administrator
“Creating a house is one thing, but creating a dream home for a Client/s is far more inspiring” Diane’s involvement in the industry began 15 years where she left the Real Estate Industry to start a new career path in the Building and Construction Industry. Eager and keen to follow her passion for interiors, finishes and building. “It’s just my blood, its what I love”, she explains. The past 15 years Diane has been involved in managing contracts for residential homes, working with Clients to bring their vision to fruition and providing support at every step of the way during the build process from conception through to completion.
Accounts and Administration
Kris, with her 15 years of experience in the Insurance Industry, felt ready for a new challenge. Despite enjoying her time in the insurance field, she believed it was time to pursue a career that allowed her to utilize her bubbly personality and witness the fulfillment of people’s dreams.
Her bubbly personality is her trademark, making clients feel comfortable and at ease. Kris knows that building a home is a significant milestone in people’s lives, and she wants to make it a memorable and enjoyable journey for each of her clients.
Junior Contract Administrator
Charlie joined Pacific Blue five years ago, initially in an administration role, where she swiftly acquired comprehensive knowledge of the company’s operations. From the outset, her unwavering dedication and passion to grasp the intricacies of the construction industry became evident, aiming to ensure clients enjoy a seamless building experience. Following a recent maternity leave to welcome her first child, Charlie seamlessly transitioned into the position of Junior Contracts Administrator.
In this capacity, she consistently embraces challenging responsibilities and actively contributes to the triumph of all our projects. With a firm commitment to assisting clients in realising their dream homes and simplifying the building process, Charlie exemplifies a true asset to our organisation.
