General Manager

As a qualified Carpenter and Licensed Builder, Cameron spent many years as the construction manager for Pacific Blue. Today, Cameron’s role is the General Manager and Consultant for the company. Having direct client contact on a daily basis, Cameron’s number one priority is to ensure your building experience runs as smoothly as possible, taking you right through from the initial concept of your home to the final handover, and everything in between.

Construction Manager

After spending years of his career as a qualified Carpenter and Supervisor for Pacific Blue, Drew is now excels in his role as Construction Manager of the company. He ensures the quality and efficiency of each and every build by far exceeds any clients expectations. His ability to maintain close relationships with all affiliated contractors and suppliers results in a smooth and polished process for everyone involved.

Shane Trask

Operations Manager

With nearly 30 years of industry experience and over 20 years Construction Management experience, Shane’s entire working life has been within the building industry. During this time he has achieved his Certificate IV in Building and Construction and an Advanced Diploma of Construction Management. His personal passion for building also includes meeting people with all levels of expectation and the challenges that each individual home provides and then exceeding these with a professional and relaxed journey for the client. He has built many client-based friendships over the years which is a compliment to the way he interacts and respects each individual and their needs.

Building Designer

Justin has been working as a qualified Building Designer for over 12 years. In that time he has gained extensive experience designing custom one-off homes. He enjoys meeting & working along side the client to create a unique design which is tailored to their needs and budget. Having been involved with many difficult blocks and a multitude of different styles, we are confident Justin can help you design a home which will work perfectly for you and your site.

“Creating a house is one thing, but creating a dream home for a Client/s is far more inspiring” Diane’s involvement in the industry began 15 years where she left the Real Estate Industry to start a new career path in the Building and Construction Industry. Eager and keen to follow her passion for interiors, finishes and building. “It’s just my blood, its what I love”, she explains. The past 15 years Diane has been involved in managing contracts for residential homes, working with Clients to bring their vision to fruition and providing support at every step of the way during the build process from conception through to completion.
