The brief and the vision
The balcony wraps across the front and sides, finished with glass balustrading to preserve uninterrupted sightlines. Positioned as a protective edge, it draws in cooling breezes while filtering the western sun... allowing the home to still enjoy afternoon light.
A design shaped by the sloping site, carefully orientated to make the most of its' elevated position and expansive views.

Primary living zones open fully through sliding stacker doors, allowing these spaces to engage directly with the outlook. The kitchen is positioned to look across the pool and out toward the ocean... supporting both daily family life and entertaining.
The balcony extends this connection, creating a natural setting for alfresco dining, while the elevated pool is carefully positioned to take full advantage of the site’s height and further draw in the surrounding views.
The main bedroom is wrapped in floor to ceiling glazing, with outlooks to the east and north. Considered planning allows natural light to filter into both the walk in robe and ensuite.
The positioning of the bath and shower enables each to enjoy the outlook, while maintaining a strong sense of privacy.
