Set across a private acreage parcel, Riverlily is a home designed and delivered to sit comfortably within its environment. Considered in scale, highly functional, and built for the way this family lives day to day. With a large, open site to respond to, the home has been carefully positioned and proportioned to feel like part of the landscape, while still creating a strong presence. The layout has been resolved to balance connection and separation, allowing key living zones to open up for entertaining, while maintaining quieter, more private areas across the home.

The next step was to have a face to face conversation with Studio SORA. They were so engaging and really helpful, listening to all our plans and ideas and making us feel like anything was possible. We left feeling really excited and impatient to see what they came back to us with.
Fast forward after more face to face meetings and throwing lots of ideas around, we were so happy with the design we came up with. Between the team, Pacific Blue have created the most beautiful, liveable , individual and beautifully crafted home. It really has the Wow factor ! All our friends are just blown away by it. Drew led the boys onsite who were all so polite and accommodating to our visits and requests and Drew liaised with us constantly and once again nothing was too much trouble.
In the background everyone worked behind the scenes keeping all the orders coming through in time (all during the most challenging of covid times) We love our beautiful new home and have never been more happy with a builder. From the initial consultation to the final handover the entire team at Pacific Blue have been outstanding. They actually listened to what we wanted and worked with us to accommodate our design wishes and our budget needs.
